David Deitt is an Air Force veteran with 22 years as a Civil Engineer specializing in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Since retirement from the service, he's spent the last 10 years as a project manager / programmer in Direct Digital Controls for Commercial HVAC systems.  After adding in several full home remodels, his transition into the Home Inspection world was an easy one.  David's goal is to make sure your armed with the necessary info to make the best decisions with your next home purchase.

David enjoys spending time with his family watching movies. While he isn't doing that he is in his shop working on his 1970 Chevy C10 pickup.
